How much time does it take from open a new mold to mass production?

In general, it takes about 10 days to open a sample mold, depending on the size of the sample and the difficulty of the material or pattern.
It takes about 30 working days to produce the sample. If you have special needs, we can do our best for cooperation.

The following is the time schedule for each stage:
『Open a new mold』: The manufacturing time of the sample mold is about 10 working days. If the number of mold openings is large or the product structure is complex, we will adjust the time of mold opening.
『Mold testing, final mold』: about 5~7 working days.
『Mass production』: Approximately 45 working days from tacking an order to ship out the goods. If there is a change or need to be revised in the process, the actual production time will be longer.
